Arts-and-Entertainment If there is one genre that prides itself on being danceable in bars and nightclubs, its Hip Hop and RnB. From fast songs that you can get pumped up to, to slow songs that can have you rocking side to side with that hottie you met, this music has it all. Yes, people can argue that they dont like hip hop and RnB, but one thing they cant argue on is this: its a surefire way to get a dance floor pumping. Now, this genre doesnt exactly stay as timeless as other genres: songs can go out of style fairly quickly, which is why this group of songs is largely from the last few years. However, there are those songs that you can hear over and over again at least for a year or two, and still want to dance to themthats what defines a true timeless song in the genre. Hip Hop/RnB Music 1.Flo Rida Low Something about Flo Ridas 2008 debut single makes you want to move and move, and keep on moving. The beat of the song, the speed, and the chorus make it a perfect .bination for a song that will never get old. Girls can dance to it while feeling like they are at the centre of attention, and guys can get the benefits of watching girls dance, or dancing with them. 2. Jay-Z feat. Alicia Keys Empire State of Mind Basically the 2009 anthem of everyone that lives in New York, wants to live in New York, or doesnt want to but probably does after hearing this song. Once, I was looking for someone for an hour but this song came on and I stopped my search for 3 minutes to dance. This song is pure escape: it makes everyone in the club feel as though they live in the best city in the world for just a few minutes. 3. LMFAO feat. Lil Jon Shots I have to be honest: I dont hear this song enough in clubs . Possibly another club anthem, or at least a drinking anthem. Lets be honest: half the fun of going out to bars and nightclubs is taking shots. LMFAO were great to make a song that pretty much forces everyone to drinkNot like there needed to be a reason, but its a great excuse for more shots, shots, shots. 4. David Guetta and Akon Sexy Chick This song possibly has the worst lyrical contradiction I have heard in my lifetime. However, once you get past that, this is an awesome song to dance to. It lies somewhere between hip hop and techno, but has no issues being totally amazing when it .es to danceability. 5. Beyonce Single Ladies (Put a Ring on it) In order to balance out my list of mainly male artists, I had to include the Queen of Hip HopBeyonce. This song is great for two reasons: one, Beyonce is a dancer, therefore her songs are made to be danced to. Two, single girls actually raise their hands in the air. It makes it a lot easier for girls to get someone, and for guys to see whos trying to get some. 6. Keri Hilson feat. Kanye West and Ne-Yo Knock You Down Of course, for every 5 million fast songs, there has to be a slow one that is still able to be danced to. This song has a great, slow beat that can be remixed or enjoyed as it is. Plus, guys can rap along with Kanye or sing with Ne-Yo, while girls can sing with Keri, making it the easiest song to help ease into conversation or dance. Stay tuned for more songs! 。

#2: Boost your risk-busting communications skills In the new economy that is emerging around all of us, one of the key shifts were seeing is in the area of buyer motivation. Today, from consumers to corporate clients, the people who make the decision to buy have one big question on their minds: how can you help reduce my risk ? There are all kind of reasons why people share that preoccupation, but it does not have to be a barrier preventing you from reaching and exceeding your sales targets. So far in this series looking at ways to boost sales and thrive in todays market, weve talked about how leveraging who you know can help mitigate that sense of risk. Today, lets look at the importance of what you say and how you say it . For any buyer, being preoccupied by risk is all about coping with uncertainty. They have a range of worries: what if I buy this and it wastes my time and money rather than solves my problemwhat if it doesnt perform the way I expect it towhat if I simply make a bad choice? As a sales professional, Im sure you recognize the corrosive danger of those what-ifs. Theyre all rooted in a fear of the unknown. You have to make it your #1 job to address those fears head-on, by communicating with your customers clearly and credibly with messages that meet their needs. Personalize your message Earlier, I shared with you tips on how you can ask leading questions to find out if theyre going to need additional things from you. Today, lets look some more at what you can do to better meet the needs of your customers. Get to the heart of what is going on inside their business as well as in their minds. Sell to that need by being as personalized as possible. Not only does this help you as the salesperson to always be thinking of your customers by name, it also generates better results at the buyers endparticularly when risk is on their radar. In one consumer study, a group of buyers were asked to rank the effectiveness of a range of marketing vehicles that were each designed to reduce risk (e.g., money-back guarantees, free samples, word-of-mouth testimonials, and brand-based messages). The research results were summed up nicely by Doug Hall in his 2003 book, Meaningful Marketing . The data shows that real, first-person experience is order of magnitude more credible than manufactured marketing methods Personal experience is the most real and reliable method of reducing fear. The food service industry is in many ways a microcosm of what goes on every day in salestop performers are well rewarded when they provide more than just a productthey provide an personalized experience. For example, the most successful servers out there know that the best way to earn the most tips is by building a personalized rapport with their customers. The good ones will start by introducing themselves by name to a table of guests. The really good ones will recognize their returning customers and address them by name. Why? Because they have learned what all top-ranked sales professional know: people like it when they hear or see their name pop up in what you are communicating to them. To apply this to your line of work, think of all the ways that you communicate with your customers. From face-to-face meetings, to email, to direct marketing material. Look for opportunities where you can to include the customers name in your message. Newsletters, estimates and direct-mail pieces are all good places to start. But exercise good judgment! First, find out whether they’re more comfortable with being referred to on a first-name basis. Second (and this is really important), dont overuse their name, otherwise youll sound corny and even less impersonal than a form letter. Anticipate rather than just react Risk-busting communications means that you need to do more than just react to buyer hesitation. Don’t panic. Stay in control. Of course, this requires that you think ahead about objections that a customer might have and prepare good responses. When youre talking about your product or service, always communicate the benefits of what youre offering ahead of the features. Just as important, be generously empathetic in acknowledging a customers objections. That helps to put their mind at ease and demonstrates to them that you genuinely understand their position they are in. The extra effort you put into your communications pays off. The credibility of your message grows. By demonstrating that your top concern is finding a solution to what matters to them (rather than being just motivated by making your commission), you close the gap between a customer having objections and making the decision to buy. Choose the right tools and measure relentlessly As with all investments, the time and effort you put into risk-busting communications is best spent when you also make a point of measuring your results. Your audience you want to reach plays a significant part in determining which tools you should use (e.g., websites, e-newsletters, direct mail, cold calling). No matter the mix that you choose, be sure to include some kind of metric so that you can track your response rate and fine-tune your message when necessary. The results of your efforts will pay for themselves several times over because your messagesparticularly those that are fine-tuned to address specific needs that your customers havewill be seen as purposeful, relevant and timely. In other words, theyll sit up and take notice. As a sales trainer, as I meet professionals and business owners of all kinds across North America, I remind all of them that no matter what title they hold in their organization, they are all sales people . In good times and in bad times, everyone in an organization is responsible for the messages they communicate to their clients. Moreover, it is up to each of us to decide what kind of sales person we want to be. By investing a little bit of time and forethought, you can emulate the business habits of the top-10% sales performers out there. Be empathetic, be responsive to the needs and objections of your customers, be focused on personalizing your message. With time and persistence, youll find that youll have a winning communications formula that can top the sales charts in any market. 。 Colleen Francis, Sales Expert, is Founder and President of Engage Selling Solutions (.www.EngageSelling.com). Internet-Marketing Everyone who has an interest in selling e-books on-line has questions. How do I promote my e-book? How do I construct a good sales page? How can I use AdWords effectively? How can I learn about joint ventures? How will I drive traffic to my site? How can I generate a mailing list? The list goes on and on. It can be expensive to buy the information you want on-line. Sure, you can find e-books explaining almost everything you want to know, but the good e-books dealing with Internet marketing can run from $37-$97 a whack. Your goal is to make money on line, not to spend it. But there are ways to get the very best information about any question you may have about selling e-books completely free. I’ll give you two ways here to pick the brains of the experts and not spend a dime! Method 1: Start out by visiting sites dealing with topics you need to learn more about. Visit sites that sell e-books related to the topic in question. First, this will give you a good idea of how competing publishers are designing their sales pages. You can learn a lot from this. Anyway, the successful publishers will certainly be good at collecting information from visitors at their sites. They will have squeeze pages set up asking you for your name and email address in exchange for their newsletter, mini-course, or free downloadable file. Remember, even a very good pitch page for an e-book may convert only 2-3% of first time visitors into buyers. But e-book publishers know that if they can collect names and e-mails from, say, 20% of their visitors–they can follow up via e-mail with special offers or bonuses to encourage their list names to buy later down the road. The real money in selling e-books on-line is in working the lists! But visitors don’t give up their information easily. You must offer them something of genuine perceived value to get them to do this. So the big guys offer some pretty amazing stuff in order to get people to subscribe to their newsletter. They often give out free video tutorials, mini-courses, reports–things like that. I can tell you that they very best information related to Internet marketing I have ever received has been TOTALLY FREE from e-book publishers. Guys like Mike Filsaime, Jeff Johnson, Andy Jenkins and Brad Fallon at Stompernet, and Michael Rasmussen regularly give away more quality free stuff from their sites than you could get buying dozens of $97 e-books on the same topics. They do this to 1.) Get your name on their mailing list, and 2.) Provide you with good quality material to build a relationship (this is a key) with you and make you a believer in the value of their expertise. If you aren’t familiar with the guys I mentioned above you need to Google them up and learn from them. Read every word they write and subscribe to their newsletters and mini-courses. They are the very best in the business! Method 2: Right now you are reading a free article and you are getting some good tips. But here is the thing: Many of the big boys in the e-book publishing business regularly submit articles to directories to increase their brand awareness and products to tons of readers. And once you get some expertise in your area, consider writing and submitting articles of your own. Submit them to directories just like this one. It is an excellent way to create exposure and awareness of your products to large audiences! .www.profit-pulling-ebooks.com …infozabout.. 。
